**As of May 03, 2023, project was awarded to Staker Parsons Co., awarded amount is $385,948.75.** The Project consists of milling, asphalt patching, slurry seal, chip and seal using lightweight aggregate "A" (utelite) chip with CSS-1 fog seal, raising / lowering manholes, and striping. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders prequalified by the Owner Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
