Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Saint-Lazare, Quebec. Design plans call for the addition of a 7,500-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a 14,500-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Expansion and alterations of Municipal Mechanical Shops in Saint-Lazare. The scope of work includes the expansion and redevelopment of the area used for welding works, of the office area, partial redevelopment of the ground floor dedicated to the public works division, expansion of the building parking garage and warehouse, redevelopment of the exterior parking area. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is in a very advanced stage. Working drawings are anticipated in summer 2024. Timelines of further project development are being finalized. Note. According to the owner's scheduling and budgeting process construction start is not anticipated before spring 2025.
