Reference Number 0000315980 The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein for the Evans Terminal Preconditioned Air and Ground Power Unit Replacement project at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (Project). The Project includes the replacement of up to twenty-two (22) existing preconditioned air (PCA) units with new units, replacement of up to twenty-eight (28) existing ground power units (GPU) with new units and associated electrical upgrades. PCA and GPUs are mounted at various passenger boarding bridges on the Evans Terminal. This work will be phased to mitigate inconvenience to passengers and to coordinate with other terminal, gate, and apron projects at the Evans Terminal.
