Replace 3 existing gas water heaters with State water heaters 2. Model # SUF-119-400-NEA 300 (119 gallon) 3. Disconnect, drain and dispose of existing failed water heater 4. Reconnect new water heater to existing gas, water, electrical, condensate, expansion tank, venting, pipe, valves and fittings as needed 5. Reinsulate water pipes at new connections 6. Start-up and test 7. Water heaters must be installed and in working condition within 30 days of receipt of PO. If unable to meet the 30-day requirement, you must include expected timeline. 8. All materials, labor, taxes, and shipping included 9. 3-year commercial tank warranty through the manufacturer 10. 1-year labor warranty through the vendor 11.
