HCS is seeking a Contractor(s) to furnish labor to provide cleaning services for all sites as needed. The primary focus for this contract shall be to use contractors for secondary cleaning services. Currently, the Facilities Department has a staff that maintain the cleaning for the District. This is a new solicitation for the services and no previous award for secondary cleaning services was established. The scope, timing, number of staff, level of work shall vary for each subsequent agreement. Depending on the need, job agreements may range from a single day to multiple days; or may consist of work to be performed on all sites, a single site, a single building or a contained space within a building.
