The quantities/services levels specified herein are the City's best estimate of the levels that will be purchased and will be used for evaluating purposes only, however, they are not guaranteed; actual quantities will vary. Any variation from these estimated quantities/service levels shall not entitle bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates. The EO directs the City of Santa Clara to take certain immediate steps, including notifying all contractors and grantees of their obligations to comply with existing economic sanctions imposed by the U.S. government in response to Russia's actions in Ukraine, as well as any sanctions imposed under state law.
