Saving Project...

Site work for a civil project in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Civil Work Project Description: Provide site demolition, construction, and installation of three vaults, conduit duct banks, utility relocation and other site improvements necessary for the phase 1 work to take place. Feeders will be extended both in the existing campus utility tunnels and in conduits. With the exception of landscaping and paving, Civil phase will be completed before the arrival of the medium voltage switches. The following are critical dates the Civil work Contractor should consider: Civil work to begin on May 15th, underground work to be completed by June 30th, substation completion by August 21st, and site work finish by September 11th, 2023. Phase 1 work by OEG to begin once underground work is completed, June 30th. Site work and Phase 1 work will be happening concurrently after underground work is completed, close coordination and cooperation between OEG, UO and Civil Work contractor is imperative. Clarifying questions must be submitted to Damon Rutherford (Owners Representative) via email at damonr@uoregon.edu. The last day for submitting clarifying questions will be April 14th, 2023 at 10:00am (PST). Responses to all clarifying questions will be issued through addendum. Responses to questions submitted after this date and time will be at sole discretion of Owners Representative.
