This contract is for a Public Improvement subject to ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. Bidders will be required to provide government issued identification and complete Department of Revenue Secrecy Clause Form, Attachment B - Secrecy Clause in the ITB, as required by ORS 314.840(3), ORS 118.525(6), ORS 308.413(3) and ORS 321.684, prior to being admitted to the site. Bidders may download form from the OregonBuys eProcurement system. Any statements made at this conference will not change the Plans, Specifications, other Contract Documents or other provisions/requirements of this solicitation, unless an Addendum has been issued from DAS and advertised on the OregonBuys. Offer(s) may be rejected if not in compliance with solicitation procedures and requirements. Any or all offers may be rejected if in the public interest to do so. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
