Bidders may download form from the OregonBuys eProcurement system. Any statements made at this conference will not change the Plans, Specifications, other Contract Documents or other provisions/requirements of this solicitation, unless an Addendum has been issued from DAS and advertised on the OregonBuys. Offer(s) may be rejected if not in compliance with solicitation procedures and requirements. Any or all offers may be rejected if in the public interest to do so. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
