Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Manchester, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Town of Manchester, Connecticut, herein called the Town, acting by and through its Town Manager will receive sealed Bids for project Sidewalk Replacements - Carol Drive and Jarvis Road Neighborhood Work under this contract includes the replacement of approximately 67,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk and the installation of approximately 3,000 square feet of new concrete sidewalk on the following streets in Manchester: Dover Rd., Edison Rd., Fulton Rd., Hendee Rd., Jarvis Rd., Center St., Olcott St., Carol Dr., Thomas Dr. and Chester Dr. It includes other incidental work such as the construction of curbs, driveway aprons and ramps, minor storm drainage retrofits, pavement, driveway and lawn restoration and traffic control. The Project Schedule for this project is projected to be completed within EIGHTY (80) WORKING DAYS (contract days).
