The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining applicable permits and coordinating construction inspections (Permit fees will be waived by the Town of Manchester). All work shall be performed by the successful bidder. Alternate No. 1 The work consists of constructing a new concrete retaining wall w/ inset steel guardrail, new concrete stairs w/ handrails, and new concrete and asphalt sidewalks.
