It is the intent of the County of Santa Clara-Procurement Department to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide Roof Repairs Services on an as needed basis (Contract). The term contract shall only be used for repair work and replacement of currently existing structures with County approved equivalents. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-material errors or discrepancies in the bids. A certified or cashier s check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% payment bond for public works must be in an amount of 100%.The performance bond must be in an amount of 100%
