The MASSACHUSETTS PORT AUTHORITY (Authority) is soliciting consulting services for MPA CONTRACT NO. L1633 RUNWAY 27 SAFETY AREA IMPROVEMENTS OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE, LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, EAST BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS. The Authority is seeking qualified multidiscipline consulting firm or team, with proven experience to provide professional services for developing the Bridging Documents, leading environmental permitting efforts, and for representing the Authority through the Design-Build (D-B) project delivery method for the Runway 27 Safety Area Improvements. Professional services will be expected from the Owner's Representative through environmental permitting, development of bridging documents, D-B entity procurement, design, construction and project acceptance phases. The Consultant must be able to work closely with the Authority and other interested parties in order to provide such services in a timely and effective manner. The consultant shall demonstrate experience in several disciplines including but not limited to Design-Build procedures in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Civil, Structural, Cost Estimating, Construction Phasing, Environmental Permitting, Climate Resiliency and Sustainable Design. The Authority is seeking qualified multidiscipline consulting firm/s or team/s, with proven experience to provide professional services including environmental permitting, preliminary design as needed, and construction related services including resident inspection, on an on-call, as needed basis to serve as Owner's Representative for the Runway 27 Safety Area Improvements project which will be constructed through the Design-Build procurement method. These services are expected to be provided at BostonLogan International Airport. The Consultant must be able to work closely with the Authority and other interested parties in order to provide such services in a timely and effective manner.
