Renovation of a mixed-use development in Greeneville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
DESCRIPTION: Scope of Work shall entail the following: Baileyton Elementary School: 1. Flooring Replacement Chuckey Elementary School: 1. Door Replacement Doak Elementary School: 1. Door Replacement 2. Gym Awning Roof Replacement Mosheim Elementary School: 1. Door Replacement South Greene Middle School: 1. Roof Replacement West Greene High School: 1. Suspended Ceiling 2. Gym Floor Replacement Interested contractors shall visit the site and visually inspect all existing conditions and constraints associated with this Work. Contractors shall contact David Myers; Director of Maintenance, 423-470-0900, to schedule site visit. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required on all projects. Successful bidders will be required to submit background search data on all personnel performing work on Greene County School property. A 5% bid security is required. The bid security is to be made out to the Greene County School System. The bid security is to be included with the sealed bid. Contractors submitting bids are mandated by State Law to be duly licensed and representative of classifications pertinent to the areas of the Scope of Work. All bids must be submitted on BID FORM and Envelope Cover Sheet furnished by the Architect. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to rejectany and all bids.
