Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal RFI will not receive a response. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals for the best interest of the public. Description S30222 Pavement Repairs at Various Locations, Kahului Harbor, Maui, Hawaii The scope of work for this project consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to properly repair damaged asphalt pavements and place new pavement markings at Kahului Harbor on "as-needed" basis. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractor "A" or Specialty Contractors "C-3" license at the time when bids are due. See attached Plans and Specifications for more information. Contract Start and End Date shown in the HIePRO solicitation are estimates. The exact dates shall be provided by written notice from the Harbors Division Construction Engineer.
