The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-024-23 for the supply and installation of one (1) Special Crosswalk on Capilano Road at Handsworth Road and one (1) Traffic Signal on Capilano Road at Edgewood Road, all as described on the Signal Plans prepared by DMD and Associates Ltd. The scope of the works involves the following: a)Special Crosswalk Installation at Capilano Road and Handsworth Road The Scope of Work generally consists of the supply and installation of a new traffic controller, signal poles, and associated equipment. This also includes all related conduit and junction box work, disposal of surplus excavated material, restoration of roadway crossings to DNV standards, driveways, concrete sidewalk panels, road curbs, wheelchair ramps, road markings, and extruded thermoplastic zebra crosswalk on the north leg of Capilano Road. All as detailed on the drawings and as specified herein. b)Traffic Signal Installation at Capilano Road & Edgewood Road The Scope of Work generally consists of the supply and installation of a new traffic controller, signal poles, and associated equipment.
