Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Council, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

A building needs to be 24' wide by 72' long and the bottom of the rafters 16' high. 6x6 posts every 12' concreted in the ground at least 3 feet. Also, 12'x72' eves on each side of the building are fully enclosed with tin on the outside of the building. The bottom of the eves needs to be 9' high. The roofing pitch on the building and eves needs to be 5/12 and snow load to code. The property is located on the New Meadows Transfer Site Road, west of the City of New Meadows on Highway 95.
