Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of Locking Systems and Related Equipment for A Period of Two (2) Years for the Mercer County Correction Center Any Bid Addenda will be issued on the website and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c)(1). All interested bidders should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27-1 et seq. Building Equipment, Supplies, and Services, Hardware, Related Equipment, and Services, Maintenance and Repair of Equipment, Miscellaneous Commodities and Services The County of Mercer seeks services for maintenance and repair of the jail's locking system and surveillance system. The locking system was renovated in 2004. The video system has periodically been updated since that time. Contractor must be registered with the Department of Labor; pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act and must pay prevailing wage rates based upon work classifications. Bidders shall provide three references for services provided at Penal Institutions over the past five years. The contract shall commence in September 2023.
