Professional Services for a Stormwater Utility Feasibility Study The intent of this Request for Proposals is to select a qualified individual or firm to provide the above mentioned services. The City will not be responsible for packages not arriving at the time and place designated, irrespective of the date and time the package was mailed, posted, or left with a delivery service. Respondents assume any and all risk of late delivery of its proposal Questions will be due to the City Clerk, Cynthia L. Ege, CMR, RMC via email at cityclerk@lambertvillenj.org no later than 12:00 pm on September 6, 2023. A response to all questions will be provided by the City Clerk by the end of the business day on September 8, 2023. The City will award a contract or reject all proposals within sixty (60) days after receipt of the proposals unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in any proposal received and to accept the proposal which in its judgment will best serve the interest of the City. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
