Site work for a water / sewer project in Meeker, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of: Furnish and Install a Water System Control Valve & Telemetry System will be received by the Owner at the office of Meeker City Hall.And then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to the OWNER for five percent of the total amount of the bid. A certified check may be used in lieu of the bid bond. No bid security is required if bid is $50,000.00 or less. As soon as the bid prices have been compared, the OWNER will return the bonds of all except the three lowest responsible bidders. Liquidated damages will be $500.00 per calendar day plus Engineering and Resident Project Representative costs as defined in the Contract.
