Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of: OWRB REAP Grant Water System Improvements to include 200 of open cut creek crossing to include 8 HDPE DR11 Carrier Pipe. A Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond each in the amount of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER will be required for the faithful performance of the Contract. The OWNER shall award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder or bidders within sixty (60) calendar days after bid opening. The OWNER may extend the award period not to exceed fifteen (15) calendar days by formal recorded action and for good cause. The time for completion is 30 consecutive calendar days. Liquidated damages will be $500.00 per calendar day plus Engineering and Resident Project Representative costs as defined in the Contract.
