As of May 28, 2024 a design team has been identified and construction began in January 2024, completion expected November 2024. Project includes renovation of the office/administrative building/gatehouse and the retail sheds at the state-owned Greenville State Farmers Market (GSFM). The renovations will include a 17,000-square-foot comprehensive transformation with the idea of creating a vibrant and inviting space for the community. Some highlights of the renovation include new glass panel garage doors and a visually engaging exterior, allowing visibility inside the space Cost Range: $1,800,000 -$2,100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
