The owner has established a contract goal of 1.62 percent participation for small business concerns owned and controlled by qualified disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE). This project will involve the following work improvements: The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows: RECONSTRUCT T-HANGAR TAXILANES: consist of: Traffic control, construction staking, clearing and grubbing, topsoil strip, salvage and spread, excavation, pavement removal, PCC pavement, aggregate basecourse, cement stabilization, SWPPP Preparation and management, erosion control, seeding and other miscellaneous construction. The kind of materials, estimated quantities, and work to be done for the project on which bids will be received are as shown on the bid proposal for said project.
