Renovation of a stadium in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
As of June 14 the project was awarded to "The Playwell Group” for $74,906.51 . Furnish and install Bonded Rubber Mulch at the Jonesboro Shooting Sports Complex, 3702 Moore Road, Jonesboro, AR 72401. Any damage made by successful bidder during work, is the sole responsibility of the bidder A bid bond will be required with this bid. See page 2 - 9B for instructions. Winning bidder will be required to provide a performance bond prior to starting work. Winning bidder shall show proof of liability insurance and workers' comp (if required) insurance before starting job. Basic Specifications One layer system comprised of a 2" rubber Mulch layer Binder is a basic, single component aliphatic agent Product to be installed over 6" of compacted Construction Grade Sand Temperature should be a minimum of 40-45 degrees Fahrenheit during installation Two separate locations to be poured in place. Pistol range (Est 1440 Sq. Ft) Rifle range (Est 2880 Sq. Ft) The Contractor shall be responsible for any and all damages made by the Contractor. Under no conditions will the City be responsible once the scope of the job is given. During and after completion of project covered by this bid, the bidder will be responsible for cleaning and hauling any and all debris to clean the work site.
