Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a detention facility; for site work for a detention facility; for the addition of a 34,000-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project scope consists of an approximately 34,000 sq. ft. three story addition to the existing Craighead County Courthouse Annex building. Work includes a community safe shelter, courtrooms, quorum court space, holding cells, and associated support space. Mechanical system includes water source heat pumps and cooling tower, as well as, ventilation air systems. Site includes new parking, mechanical enclosure, sidewalks, and additional site features. Site utilities include rework of sewer, water, gas, and electrical. Foundation system consists of drilled concrete piers. Scope of work also includes demolition of existing jail and facilities buildings on site.
