Site work and paving for a road / highway in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway.
Hox Mix Asphalt (HMA) trail reclamation (6,830 SY) and HMA trail pavement (1,490 TONS) with related restoration on the Jordan Creek Greenway, Westridge Greenway, and Willow Springs Park trails. There will also be Portland cement concrete (PCC) trail pavement (425 SY) related to rehabilitation. Other miscellaneous construction operations include construction survey, traffic control, and erosion control. There is a bid alternate being considered performing similar work at Scenic Valley Park as well as grading operations to raise a section of the trail grade for drainage improvement.
