Dasny is soliciting bids for the Phase I Roof Replacement project at Sunmount DDSO in Tupper Lake, New York. This project includes the removal and replacement of the existing roofs at Building #4, 5, and 12. These existing roofs are comprised of slate shingles plus metal flashing, snow slides, cupolas, dormers and flat built up roofing. These removals include the asbestos abatement of roof flashings, coating on the metal flashing/roofing, and built up roofing systems. Each roof is to be replaced with asphalt shingle, metal flashing, roofing, single ply roofing and other accessories.
