Renovation of a municipal facility in Tupper Lake, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
OPWDD is soliciting quotes from responsible and qualified MWBE, SDVOB or NYS small business contractors to provide preparing and painting to the exterior of RIT 1, 14 Tamarack (Bldg 224) for Sunmount DDSO. OPWDD intends to award the proposal to the most responsible and responsive business that provides the lowest cost. 1. Scrape loose paintfrom exterior of 14 Tamarack and shed. 2. Prepare the exterior of 14 Tamarack and shed for painting including repairs (siding, shakes, and etc.) 3. Paintexterior of house and shed,1stwith primer and then 2 coats ofexterior paint. Color to be decided by OPWDD staff. 4. All metal exterior doors of House 14 will be primed (1 coat) and painted (2 coats) including metal frame. 5. All work is to be performed by OSHA standards. 6. All paint debris must be cleaned up by Contractor 7. A Site Visit is Mandatory. 8. Project is in a secure area; escort will be provided by DDSO. 9. Dependenton the weather, scheduled start date can be as early as Fall 2023 or Spring of 2024
