Renovation of a day care center in Midland, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center. Awarded dealer to verify all specifications/voltages are correct per site. Awarded dealer to drop ship all equipment to local Hobart service for inspection. Awarded dealer to coordinate all removal/disposal of existing equipment (off campus property) & installations of new equipment by Hobart Service with Midland ISD. Awarded dealer & Hobart Service to coordinate startups on all new equipment to ensure proper operation. HVAC units please provide a quote for the following HVAC units. MISD qualified products list is currently Trane. If brand specified is different, we are open to other brands that are equal to our qualified products list. Please include your product specifications with your quote for review.
