Construction Manager as advisor (CMa): Construction Manager has been engagedfor this Project to serve as an advisor to Owner and to provide assistanceinadministering the Contract for construction between Owner and Contractor, according to a separate contract between Owner and Construction Manager. E. Web-Based Project Software: Project software will be used for purposes of managingcommunication and documents during the construction stage. 1. See Section 01 32 16 "Construction Progress Schedule" for requirements for usingweb-based Project software. Work of the Project includes construction of a new 12-inch wastewater mainandassociated appurtenances beginning north of the intersection of SH 158 and SH191, proceeding within an undeveloped city easement and terminating approximately 9,500feet to the west.
