Renovation of a water / sewer project in Daly City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cash, certified or cashier's check payable to City of Daly City, in an amount not less than 10% of the aggregate bid. A valid Class B license must be in the possession of the successful bidder at the time the bid is submitted. The time limit for the completion of work is two-hundred twenty five (225) calendar days for the bid schedule awarded. The first day of this time period will be no later than the 28th day after the contract award The work includes replacement of six (6) mixer-aerators in the high purity oxygen activated sludge aeration basins and related electrical, concrete, and mechanical work. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in such bids and, if awarded, to award the contract in the best interest of the City Q&A date 06/09/2023
