Demolition and new construction of a municipal facility in Bandon, Oregon. Design plans call for the construction of a 9,555-square-foot municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
As of April 18, 2023, a design team has been identified. A construction timeline has not been established yet. Replacement of existing Bandon School District bus barn with proposed 9,555 SF building. Rerouting existing utilities and proposed addition of sanitary sewer service to proposed building. The building, as proposed, will replace the existing bus barn adjacent to the existing harbor Lights Middle School building on a fully developed parcel located at 390 9th St. SW, Bandon, OR 97411. The proposed addition will include (2) office rooms, (1) meeting room, (2) restrooms, and parking bays for (8) school buses, (4) vans, and (1) minibus. Type III, A request for a conditional use permit to construct a new bus garage on Bandon School District #54 property located at 362 9th St SW zoned Public Facility (PF), 22-111.
