Contract is for a public work subject to BOLI wage rates. OPRD will NOT withhold retainage from payments made under the resulting Contract. Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to complete the Project as more fully described in the Contract Documents, including: 1. Remove and replace existing sanitary sewer main line. 2. Reconnect existing lateral sewer connections. 3. Rehabilitate existing sanitary manholes. 4. Make wet well and electrical improvements as shown on the plans. 5. Install pumps and control panel in new wet well and connect to existing sewer force main. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
