Description: FOREST GROVE ARMORY BUILDING 1003 DEMOLITION The purpose of the RFQ is to establish a State of Oregon Public Works / Public Improvement Contract for Forest Grove Armory Building 1003 Demolition Project for the benefit of Oregon Military Department OMD. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the RFQ and the Contract Documents. This scope includes the demolition of an approximately 80 SF Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) shed. All materials must be removed from site and disposed of IAW industry standard, City, County, State, and Federal Laws and Regulations. All work must be done in accordance with all current Federal, State, County, and City Codes and as detailed in Attachment A Statement of Work
