Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Forest Grove, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project consists of a building wide control upgrade at Forest Grove High School. Project will be design/build with design/build control drawings and specifications provided by District. Project includes removing all existing pneumatic controls and bringing them onto existing district Johnson FX DDC system, providing additional FX80 controllers as needed, updating HVAC sequence of operations, updating control graphics to 3D, replacing non FX80 controllers with FX80, providing demand control ventilation, and assist owner in applying for Energy Trust of Oregon incentive money. As of June 26, 2023, a contractor has been selected.
