Site work and paving for a road / highway in Forest Grove, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Forest Grove (City), Oregon, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms or individuals (Proposer) with demonstrated experience in professional engineering services for preliminary design, design, bid document preparation, and construction of a Festival Street and Decorative Intersection Crosswalks Project as defined in the Request for Proposals. City will use a Contract Phasing approach for each stage of the project and will plan to issue a separate Notice to Proceed (NTP) for each phase as internal approvals and funding is secured. To be considered, interested parties must submit their Proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP. The City may reject any response not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law, and may reject any or all responses in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City, and at no cost to the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
