The work generally consists of providing all construction services, equipment, necessary tools, materials, fuel, personnel, supervision, and labor required to complete the preparation and placement as specified herein: The City of Forest Grove is soliciting sealed written proposals and qualifications to provide underground fuel storage tank removal and replacement for its Public Works facility located at 2551 23rd Avenue. All activities shall comply with requirements as set forth by OREGON DEQ, BOLI, and the City of forest Grove.
