To be considered, the offer must be accompanied by: A tender guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the tendered price, before applicable taxes, according to the terms prescribed in the tender documents. A letter of commitment representing the value of fifty percent (50%) of the tendered price, as well as a guarantee of the contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services of fifty percent (50%), in in both cases, the amount is before applicable taxes and according to the terms and conditions prescribed in the tender documents.
