Renovation of a residential development in Millbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The project is the repair of Mansard roofs at Buildings 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 The work is estimated to cost $ 43,139.25 The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Remove and dispose of Roofing Materials and window trim for the areas described in the drawings. Provide new roofs, including ice and water shield, flashings and window trim at these areas. The roofs were tested for asbestos and lead paint and none was detected. Include 224 sf (7 boards) of 5/8" plywood sheathing in the base bid for this project. Unused sheathing must be given to the LHA. 2. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 3. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 4. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: Manufacturer's Product Warranties.
