Site work and renovation of a civil project in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Site Directions: 6875 Business Center Dr. Littleton, CO 80130 The major project work includes the installation of an owner-procured pressure filter and installing new bulk storage tanks for liquid ammonium sulfate and all associated demolition/salvage, electrical, and instrumentation and control work to accommodate all improvements. The owner-procured pressure filter package includes several valves and instruments (as indicated on the Design Drawings) to be installed along with contractor-procured piping, valves, and instruments to complete the connection to the existing system. The bulk storage tanks for LAS is to be installed and the existing peristaltic pump panel will be salvaged and relocated adjacent to the new LAS tanks. Other miscellaneous improvements include the relocation of an existing emergency eyewash/shower, relocation of existing, monochloramine and chlorine analyzers, relocation of the existing polymer feed system, installation of a flow meter on the existing backwash supply line, and installation of two filter access platforms. The last day for questions during the bid period is Friday April 21, 2023. The Work will be substantially completed on or before August 31, 2023 ; final completion- September 30, 2023.
