The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Mechanical demolition of existing equipment and the installation of new mechanical system. 2.) Building Automation System (BAS) upgrades at both the Waters Edge facility and the neighboring RTMC facility. 3.) Electrical demolition and electrical work to accommodate mechanical upgrades including the removal and reinstallation of the LED lighting. 4.) Electrical low voltage demolition and improvements associated with furniture modifications. 5.) Furniture modifications of existing furniture systems. The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form (Response Form), which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted within the VirtuBid area of the QuestCDN Plan Room.
