Work under this Contract is to be carried on assets owned by the Government of Nunavut (GN) in the communities of Gjoa Haven, Taloyoak, Kugaaruk, Kugluktuk and Camridge Bay in the Kitikmeot Region of Nunavut Territory, and includes but is not necessarily limited to the following Annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) Inspections and the complete servicing of Wet Sprinkler Systems, Fire Pumps, Fire Alarm Systems, Emergency Lighting, Hose Cabinets (Schedule 1) and Fire Extinguisher Inspections As and when required maintenance, adjustments, repairs, refurbishment or replacement of any system components not part of Annual PM Inspections, authorized by work order and subject to the Hourly Rates set out in the Unit Pricing Table. It is estimated that additional work will be limited to 100 hours each for the Journeyman tradesperson and a Trades Helper Bids received after the date and time established as the deadline for the receipt of bids will be considered late and will be rejected.
