The Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) is looking for a Design Build (DB) Contractor to work with Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), DOEE, the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), DC Water, and the National Park Service (NPS), collectively referred to as the Project Partners, to advance the design and construction of a stable outfall and conveyance for a small urban catchment in the District of Columbia (District). The location captures water running off one end of Linnean Avenue in Northwest DC and conveysit to Soapstone Branch, and eventually Rock Creek. This project will restore orreplace approximately 250 linear feet of a previously installed Regenerative Stormwater Conveyance (RSC). Goals for this project include reducing erosive forces, promoting infiltration for ground water recharge, expanding the riparian tree cover, and creating conditions conducive to restore wildlife habitat. The requirements set forth herein contain the entire Project. Work shall be performed in accordance with the contract, and the District of Columbia 2013 Stormwater Management Rule and 2020 Stormwater Management Guidebook.
