SOURCES SOUGHT GSA operates and maintains approximately seventeen buildings in Northwest Washington, DC. This sources sought document is to get specific information about your company as it relates to sensitive projects. If submitting a capability statement, please tailor it to address the particulars of this sources sought inquiry, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to meet our requirements. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this RFI. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Whatever information is provided in response to this RFI will be used to assess the business market as it relates to sensitive projects. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses limited to 5 pages in length including capability statements. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
