Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Wayne, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Adetailed description of the of the proposed scope of work can be obtained by contacting the Owner at (304) 272-6761. Bid price is to include all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and applicable cost necessary to complete the project. The Contractor will be responsible for: 1.Obtaining all necessary permits, clearances, bonding, insurance, workers compensation, applicable taxes, etc. 2.AII site preparation and clean-up. 3.Construction activities in accordance with the scope of work description. 4.Supervision and coordination of any and all subcontractor activity. 5.0ne year warranty for materials and workmanship. Complete all construction and submit final invoice by June 16, 2023. Each bidder must submit along with their bid, a copy of their WV Contractor’s License, a Drug Free Workplace Conformance Affidavit. The Owner reserves the right to waive formalities, to accept or reject any or all bid proposals, to negotiate with any parties for construction of all or parts of this project and may re-advertise the project at the sole discretion of the Wayne County Health Department.. TheContractor and the Contractor’s surety shall be liable for and shall pay theOwner $300 per calendar day for each day beyond the contract time that eithersubstantial or final completion is not achieved.
