Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Swansea, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Town of Swansea invites qualified applicants to submit competitive proposals to provide Designer services for two new municipal structures: a conjoined Town Hall and Council on Aging and a Highway/DPW Facility. An informational session will be held on April 26, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. at the Council on Aging, 260 Ocean Grove Avenue, Swansea, MA. Final price to be negotiated with selected firm and the Town. The Town of Swansea reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
