The total approximate area of buildings is 8,500 SFT, with an additional approximately 4,000 SFT of concrete slabs outside the building envelope and 2 septic tanks of unknown size. This project requires demolition and off-site disposal of all identified items, backfilling with clean material and general cleanup of the site.
