Renovation of a detention facility in Canon City, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The Recreation handball wall at the Arrowhead Correctional Center, located within the East Canon City Prison Complex, needs replacement. We are seeking quotes to construct the wall foundation, construct a new handball wall, and repair concrete flatwork from the wall to the existing concrete pad meeting industry standards. Contractor shall provide all materials to complete the project. Estimated cost is $70,000. The Principal Representative has determined that the entire project shall be substantially complete within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The project shall be substantially complete inclusive of; the delivery of any or all guarantees and warranties, the submittal of sales and use tax payment forms, the completion of the final punch list and the calling for final inspection, within thirty (30) calendar days, if applicable, from the date of substantial completion
