Call for tenders for professional services Development of a local road infrastructure intervention plan (PIIRL) Call for tenders no.: 53-1-08000-22-01 REQUEST FOR TENDERS La MRC DE LA MATANIE is requesting bids by weighting and evaluation system to retain the professional services of an engineering service provider to carry out the development of a local road infrastructure intervention plan (PIIRL ). SUBMISSION CONDITIONS Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders. Only companies with an establishment in Quebec and where they carry out their activities on a permanent basis are eligible to bid. This establishment must be accessible to the public during normal business hours and bring together a significant part of the permanent resources, materials and equipment necessary to carry out the mandate for which the MRC de La Matanie intends to award a contract. . Any tenderer must not be registered in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA), or if he is registered there, he must demonstrate that his period of ineligibility for public contracts has ended. DATE OF RECEIPT Tenders must arrive, in sealed envelopes, before 10 a.m., Monday, May 8, 2023. Tenders must be submitted on the forms provided in the call for tenders document and be accompanied by the required documents. The sealed envelope marked "Professional engineering services - Development of a local road infrastructure intervention plan (PIIRL)", must contain: 1. The documents of the call for tenders duly initialed accompanied by the requested annexes (1 original + 3 copies). 2. A sealed envelope entitled "Price offer" containing the tender form (Annex A) and the tender form (Annex B) (1 original + 3 copies). 3. A USB key containing an unlocked electronic copy of all the documents and annexes sent by the tenderer, excluding Annex B - Bid Form. The estimated contract period will be 13 month(s).
