Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services to build back of a portion of a relocatable classroom (room #25) to match existing. The build back includes at a minimum a wall that is 32' wide by 8'6" (approximately 272 SF of wall area-actual area to be determined by contractor). a. Interior scope includes sealing all protruding nails with waterproofing sealant; insulation; drywall, tape & texture; replace approximately 16 - 2'x4' ceiling tiles; painting; rubber base; and reinstall electrical finish.
